Web Engine is a project / service title under the company "The Design Council NZ Limited".

Any reference to Web Engine, refers directly to and implies "The Design Council NZ Limited"

Hosting

We shall use our reasonable endeavors to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server. We shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and for any reason, generally with 30 days notice - you will be notified of the reason. The Services provided to you hereunder and your account with us cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than you. While we will use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the Server, we do not guarantee that the Server will be free from unauthorised users or hackers and we shall be under no liability for non-receipt or misrouting of email or for any other failure.

Content Editing Service

The Design Council ( Web Engine ) grants you a limited license to access the Site and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and the instructions and guidelines posted on the Site. The Design Council ( Web Engine ) reserves the rights to terminate your license to use the Site and Services at any time.

The Design Council ( Web Engine ) - PROVIDES THE SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. You must not:

(a) use this service to store or transmit illegal materials

(b) employ programs which consume excessive system resources

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
